How the JBF Sale Works

Just Between Friends (JBF) is the largest Children's and Maternity Consignment Sales Events.  You can shop, sell, save and support local Grand Rapids charities in the process. It's easy, fun and SMART!

Consignors clean out their closets and prepare their items for the sale using our easy to use FREE tagging system. Consignors then drop off their items to the sale location, and we manage the process from there. Consignors do not have to work the sale or stay with their items. Within two weeks, a check for 65% of total sales less the $10.00 consignor fee, will arrrive in the mail. Consignors can either pick up their unsold items at a designated time, or may choose to donate unsold items to our charity partner and receive an itemized tax-deduction list.

Presale events happen before we open to the general public. This gets you great access to the best items at the sale FIRST. Volunteers shop before Consignors.

Volunteers are very important at JBF. Volunteering at the sale earns a special presale pass to shop the best selection, before the general public and 70% of total sales instead of 65% if you are a consignor. Volunteers help with everything from setting up, assisting customers, check in and check out. Volunteering is fun, easy and a great way to meet new friends.

Shoppers come join us to shop everything you need from maternity to college at 50 -90% off retail.  Brand Names items, NEW items, Gently used.  Visa, MC and Discover accepted. Saturday we will have a 1/2 price sale on many of the items at the sale. Consignors themselves determine which of their items are included in the 1/2 price sale.
