As a consignor you make 60% of your sales and you set the price of each of the items you put in the sale. Your $10 consignor fee will be taken out of your check. You drop off the items to us and do not have to stay at the sale.  Earn even more money and volunteer 4 hours or more and make make 70% of the items selling price.

JBF has earned a reputation for quality items, which is why we have only the BEST gently used items for shoppers to choose from. Not having to sort through junk means shoppers will buy more and spend more on your incredible things.

A free bar coding website. This will allow you a fun, fast & convenient way to price your items and track your sales!

You can put anything and everything that has to do with raising a child in the sale: clothing up to teen(all season), shoes, toys, baby equipment, all household furniture, games...and maternity clothes!

Just Between Friends of West Michigan supports local charities, so if you choose to donate your unsold items they go to use in our local community immediately to help families in need! If you choose not to donate, all of your items will be sorted and ready for pick up Sunday, September 15, 2013  from 1-3pm.

 Remember once you have a consignor number that is your number for life, you do not need to sign up again.  However, please RSVP for each sale so we know you are coming!

CONSIGNOR DROP OFF DAYS:
 

AT DROP-OFF YOU CAN EXPECT THE FOLLOWING:
~Check in at the computer
~Bring with you Consignor Waiver and Self Addressed Envelope.
~Pick up Consignor, Friends & Volunteer Presale Passes
~Have all clothing, shoes and car seats inspected
~Place your items on the sales floor (it is recommended to have your clothes sorted by size and gender in order to make the process go quicker for you)
~If you are bringing large items, we cannot always guarantee that someone will be able to assist you with unloading. If possible, please plan on bringing your own "muscle" for these items.
 

~When you arrive please leave your items in the car and check in at computers first!

CONSIGNOR PICK UP:

If someone other than the original consignor will be picking up the unsold merchandise, it must be noted on the consignor waiver.

AT PICK-UP YOU CAN EXPECT THE FOLLOWING:
~Locate your consignor number on the clothing racks
~Locate you consignor number and waiver on the table tops
~Double check that all your items belong to you
~Check Lost and Found
~Sign your waiver

Pick up Sunday, September 15, Items not picked up by 3:01pm will be donated to the charity partners, In the Image and Pregnency Resource Center.  The donation truck will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time and it is not possible for us to take items not picked up home with us.
 

Selling Items In Our Mommy Mart

Acceptable Items:
Dining room sets, bedroom furniture, end tables, coffee tables, chairs, bookcases, armoires, hutches, desks, porch furniture (wicker, rocker, porch swings), bunk beds, twin beds, toddler beds, chest of drawers, cribs and changing tables. PLEASE BRING ONLY YOUR BEST!

Unacceptable Items:
Antique Furniture, sofas, lamps, figurines, dishes, mattress sets (except infant/toddler) luggage and exercise equipment,medicines, unboxed items (need to be new or unused)

ReGifting Items:
We will have a few tables for new items that are specifically related to MOMS. This gives you a terrific chance to re-gift all those wonderful, thoughtful items that have never been used…like that third George Foreman Grill, a knife or stainless steel mixing bowl set, the Bath & Body Gift

Checks will be mailed with in 2 weeks of completion of sale.

~Special Note:  Sales totals reflected on the myjbftag website are an estimate.  Please give us 2 weeks after completion of sale to finalize all sales numbers.
