Which Presale Pass do you want? The more you volunteer, the earlier you shop! Volunteers earn 70% instead of 60% and Shop first! You can even get your consignor fee waived. Details Here.

Shift are set up in 4, 8, 12, 16 hour increments. You can volunteer over multiple days and the more you volunteer, the earlier you SHOP! Did you know if you volunteer on Set up Day or Breakdown day you earn double credit, which means a 4 hour shift = 8 hour shopping pass.

Pregnant or have physical limitations? No worries, we have jobs that you can do sitting down that are safe and fun to do.

Know any Muscle Men? Have a husband or father that can offer his manpower during set up or tear down? His volunteering earns you a presale pass. A 4 hour shift = 8 hour shopping pass!

Did you know the JBF sale is completely run by volunteers? Doing so allows us to pay the consignors a higher percentage and advertise more to sell more of your items!

Want to shop first? Have first dibs on the best bargains?

Be the first in the door & make 70% on your sold items!

We always have places for anyone who needs a sit down job, can accommodate health issues or may be pregnant so join the fun!

Volunteers do any number of tasks that make our sales events run smoothly.

Some of these include:
Item inspections
Register / Check Out
Customer Service
Merchandise Organization
Safety Checks
Check-In for Consignors
And so much more!

What to wear & bring

Please remember that you need to be comfortable. We recommend wearing close-toed shoes that give you lots of support. And please wear clothing that lets you move easily.

Snacks will be provided, but if you have special dietery needs, you may want to bring a private stash. We will have soft drinks on hand as well as lots and lots of water!

Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift starts, check in at the Volunteer Check-In Station and we will train you on all you need to know! See you there!

*Please note failure to show to your scheduled shift will prevent you from participating at a future JBF Sale until those hours have been made up. We need to know we can count on you!

Barter Corner

For those who would like to shop early and would rather trade skills, and or products instead of “at the sale” volunteer time, we offer bartering. This is on a very limited basis. Bartering will not be offered until September 1, 2013. Email SharronBallard@jbfsale.com after that date if interested.
